Going into the production of Everybody, I was new to the world of performance photography but was familiar with photography. I was happy overall with my shots and I tried to capture the colors of the production.
Vinegar Tom was my second mainstage production that I captured. One problem that I ran into, like I did photographing Everybody, was not moving and staying in one spot during the rehearsal. This lead to a small variety of shots. However, I was still happy with what I got with this rehearsal as well.
When tasked with taking process photos, I wanted to try and capture the entire environment that the subject was working in, as well as the task that they were working on.
This dance rehearsal was probably the hardest shoot I had to do, mainly due to the very dark environment I was shooting with.
Shooting for Faust was the last dress rehearsal that I shot and combined all the skills I had learned throughout the semester into shooting the dress rehearsal.
